FEATURES
- All police vehicles' brakes have been removed.
INSTALLATION (MANUAL)
- Download the files from the link provided.
- Extract the files to a new folder.
- Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.
- Navigate to: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
- Drag and drop the "handling.meta" file from "manual" folder into the 'data' folder.
INSTALLATION (OIV)
- Download the files from the link provided.
- Extract the files to a new folder.
- Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.
- Drag and drop the "install.oiv" file into OpenIV.
UNINSTALLATION (MANUAL)
- Download the files from the link provided.
- Extract the files to a new folder.
- Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.
- Navigate to: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
- Drag and drop the "handling.meta" file from "backup" folder into the 'data' folder.
UNINSTALLATION (OIV)
- Download the files from the link provided.
- Extract the files to a new folder.
- Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.
- Drag and drop the "uninstall.oiv" file into OpenIV.
